Data Privacy
PressureSimSystems™ works with schools, districts, and employers, which means the data we collect matters as much as the training itself. Here's what we collect, why, and who can see it.
When an organization runs a Decision Readiness Pilot or license, we collect:
Individual performance records are visible to the participant themselves and to the designated administrator(s) at their organization who purchased the license (e.g., a district safety coordinator or HR director). We do not sell, rent, or share individual-level performance data with third parties.
Aggregate, de-identified data may be used to improve scenario design, calibrate difficulty and scoring, and — as our pilot base grows — to build sector-wide readiness benchmarks that let participating organizations see how their scores compare to similar organizations. Any benchmarking feature will use aggregated data only; it will never expose one organization's results to another.
Performance and account data is retained for the duration of an organization's license plus a reasonable retention period for reporting continuity, after which it can be deleted at the organization's request. We use industry-standard access controls to restrict data access to authorized personnel and the organization's own designated administrators.
Organizations can request a full export or deletion of their participant data at any time by contacting us at schoolthreatsim@gmail.com.
If you're a district or organization evaluating PressureSimSystems™ as part of a procurement or grant-compliance review and need a more detailed data-handling agreement, reach out and we'll work directly with your team.
